Terms Of service

!!!!READ BEFORE ORDERING!!!!By requesting a commission from me, you agree to the following.I am a digital only artist, so there will not be any exchange of physical goods included.My art is only for personal use, which means I do not allow any unauthorized commercial use of my work. If you’d like to purchase the commercial rights to the work I’ve created for you, that can be discussed.As the client you are granted the right to use the finished art for most personal uses as long as proper credit is given. But please do not upload it to any art websites (deviant art/furaffinity) or repost it on sites I’ve posted it.
Also, please do not post any wips I may provide for you without my permission.I maintain all the rights to the finished artwork, meaning posting it on my socials/portfolio, using it as a work example etc.You are not allowed to edit the finished art or remove my signature from it. Nor can you claim the art as yours

Order process and paymentIf you do not have a clear visual reference of your character, I will charge extra. Same applies if you don't have any sort of an idea of how you want them to be drawn. (pose, expression etc.)I do not work from text description and am not open to design your character for you unless stated otherwise.I reserve the right to decline any work if I’m uncomfortable with it or don’t feel confident in my skills.You must be over 18 to order any kind of NSFW content.Full payment will be sent beforehand or after initial sketch phase, through PayPal invoices only.All sales are final once the initial sketch is approved. If you want a refund after seeing the sketch you may receive 50%.All major edits must be done in the sketch phase. Once the line art is done I’ll only do minor changes, unless I’ve missed something that’s clearly visible in your reference.All WIPs will be watermarked.My turnaround time is usually around 2-3 weeks, but for more complex work it might be longer. Deadlines and rush jobs can be discussed but might come with extra fees.

Adoptable T.O.S.If you purchase an adoptable from me you can gift or trade it away, but not sell it for more than initially purchased.You are also allowed to post the adoptable where you like, but be sure to credit me properly as the designer.If you want to use an adopt for any commercial uses, you must purchase the commercial rights. That will need to be discussed on case by case basis.If you commission art from me of a character I've designed, you can get a 10% discount of the final price.
